1. Service Overview

Taxi Trento by Razvan provides professional taxi and private transportation services in Trento, Trentino-Alto Adige, and throughout Northern Italy. By booking a ride, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Reservations

• Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form on this website.
• Airport transfers should be booked at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
• A booking is confirmed once acknowledged by us via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• We reserve the right to decline bookings based on availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices for fixed routes are as listed on our tariffs page.
• Metered rides follow the official Trento taxi tariff rates.
• Supplements may apply for night service, holidays, luggage, pets, and groups of 5+ passengers.
• Payment is accepted in cash, credit/debit card, contactless, and PayPal.
• Invoices are available upon request for business travelers.

4. Cancellation Policy

• City rides: Free cancellation up to 30 minutes before pickup.
• Airport transfers: Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup.
• No-shows without cancellation may be charged a fee.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times as required by Italian law.
• Children must use appropriate child seats (available free of charge on request).
• Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle.
• Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the ride.

6. Pets

Pets are welcome in our taxi. Small pets travel free; larger pets are subject to a small supplement of €1.70. Service animals and guide dogs always travel free of charge. Please inform us when booking if you will be traveling with a pet.

7. Airport Transfers

Airport transfer prices include highway tolls and airport parking for up to 30 minutes. We monitor flights in real-time; if your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust accordingly at no extra cost. Return journey discounts are available upon request.

8. Liability

Taxi Trento carries full professional liability insurance as required by Italian law. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. Lost items should be reported immediately; we will make every effort to locate and return them.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trento.
